Terms and Conditions – JoyGame11 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the joygame11 platform in any way — whether on desktop, mobile browser, or any other device — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of joygame11 including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and anyone who accesses the live cricket score section or any other free feature.

joygame11 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version is always published at joygame11.bet/terms-conditions with the date of the most recent update clearly marked at the top of the page. If joygame11 makes material changes to these terms, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. Continuing to use joygame11 after any changes to the Terms and Conditions are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a joygame11 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. joygame11 does not permit gaming by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing joygame11 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — you must not be legally incapacitated or under any legal restriction that prevents you from agreeing to these terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from joygame11.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

joygame11 will verify your age as part of the account registration process. You may be required to submit identity documentation to confirm your date of birth. joygame11 reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any point during your use of the platform. If you provide false information regarding your age or identity, joygame11 will close your account, void any pending or settled bets, and may retain any funds in your account as permitted by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one joygame11 account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under a different name, different phone number, or using a different payment method to disguise the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If joygame11 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any winnings earned across the duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number changes, you must update it in your account settings promptly.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joygame11 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. joygame11 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

All activity conducted through your joygame11 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, change your password immediately and contact joygame11 support.

KYC Verification

joygame11 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all accounts. You may be asked at any point to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a standard platform security measure and is required before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in temporary withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on joygame11 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). joygame11 supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — instant digital wallet
• SadaPay — instant digital wallet
• Bank IBFT — interbank fund transfer via all major Pakistani banks
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on joygame11 is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods. Minimum IBFT deposits may vary by bank. joygame11 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply standard transfer charges which are outside joygame11's control.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account that belongs to another person is not permitted and will be treated as a potential fraud indicator. joygame11 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5. Withdrawals

joygame11 processes withdrawals in PKR directly to your registered payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Withdrawals are processed within the following target timeframes: Easypaisa and JazzCash — under 5 minutes for verified accounts; NayaPay and SadaPay — under 10 minutes; Bank IBFT — same banking day; Visa/Mastercard — 1–3 business days.
• joygame11 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside joygame11's responsibility.
• Withdrawals must be to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have updated your payment method through the account settings and completed any associated verification.
• KYC verification must be complete before withdrawals above Rs 10,000 are processed. joygame11 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals at its discretion.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

joygame11 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for additional security or fraud checks. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond its target timeframe, please contact support at support@joygame11.bet with your account details and withdrawal reference number.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

joygame11 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free tokens, cashback and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page at /promotions.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by joygame11 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before the bonus balance and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for joygame11 bonuses is 25× the bonus amount.

Bonus Validity

All bonuses have a validity period — typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited unless the promotion specifies otherwise. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

Bonus Restrictions

• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless joygame11 explicitly states otherwise on a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred or sold.
• joygame11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account if it believes the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or through any form of exploitation.
• Certain games may contribute differently to bonus wagering requirements — for example, some titles may contribute at 50% or 10% of bet value. Specific contribution rates are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. The standard maximum bet while wagering a joygame11 bonus is Rs 2,000 per round/hand/spin. Bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in winnings being voided.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the joygame11 platform operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player, joygame11 staff member or third party. joygame11's RNG certifications are maintained through periodic third-party audits.

By playing any game on joygame11, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the rules of the game before placing any real-money bet.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG and are not within your control or joygame11's control.
• joygame11 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, power cuts, or device failures that interrupt a game session. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's last recorded state.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or display error that results in a game outcome appearing incorrect, joygame11 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the staked amount to your account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joygame11 and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of account balance:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per person under any circumstance.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus structures, including collusion between multiple accounts to generate bonus turnover, systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus funds without genuine gameplay, or manipulation of wagering contribution rates.
• Fraud: Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, using stolen payment credentials, or providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering: Using joygame11 as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of illegal activity. joygame11 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in real-money games (particularly poker) to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence or any other programmatic means to play games, claim bonuses, or interact with the joygame11 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any joygame11 deposit. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended immediately.
• System exploitation: Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches or technical vulnerabilities in the joygame11 platform for financial gain.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or play, but withdrawals of real-money balances are still processed.

Game content — including the visual and audio elements of all games in the joygame11 lobby — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (JILI, CQ9, Evolution Gaming, and others) and is licensed to joygame11 for use on the platform. This content is not licensed to players beyond the right to play the games through the joygame11 platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joygame11's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's joygame11 account at the time the claim arises. joygame11 is not liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from game outcomes — all outcomes are the result of certified RNG processes.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss or corruption of account data due to circumstances outside joygame11's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.

joygame11 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to players where possible.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

joygame11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time if:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• joygame11 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account.
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• The account holder is found to have provided false information during registration.
• joygame11 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

In cases of account suspension due to Terms and Conditions violations, joygame11 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, joygame11 may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate with any investigation. Legitimate real-money balances (excluding any bonus funds) will be returned to the player following investigation if no wrongdoing is established.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at support@joygame11.bet. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

14. Changes to These Terms

joygame11 may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published at joygame11.bet/terms-conditions with the revised date clearly shown at the top of the page. For material changes, joygame11 will provide at least 7 days' notice by emailing the registered address associated with your account and/or displaying an in-platform notification when you log in.
